Educational Empowerment Programs
- GED Completion Assistance: We provide personalized support to individuals who have not completed high school, guiding them towards achieving their General Educational Development (GED) certificate. Our program is designed to open doors to new opportunities, paving the way for career advancement and lifelong learning.
- Vocational and Workforce Development: For high school graduates exploring paths beyond traditional college degrees, we offer access to in-demand vocational training and certification programs. Our aim is to equip participants with the skills and credentials needed to succeed in today’s competitive job market, fostering economic independence and career satisfaction.
Support for Expecting Mothers

CHAPTER ONE CSI will mentor members and clients through persistence, hopefulness, and becoming proactive. We create, innovate, and solve problems that plague members of the community, by promoting a sense of open mindedness, self-assurance, and using life skills.
CHAPTER ONE CSI’s business ethics are the moral principles that function as guidelines for the way we conduct business. Staff members will serve under the same guidelines to conduct themselves in an acceptable manner in both their personal and
professional environment.
CHAPTER ONE CSI’s accepts client input and feedback while projecting an exceedingly strong feeling of loyalty and support. We will create an environment of trust between us and our clients. Customer retainment is cheaper than customer recruitment!
CHAPTER ONE CSI performs the act of influencing someone in a positive way that elevates them to rise to a higher social, intellectual, and moral level or condition.
CHAPTER ONE CSI professionally guides the client by utilizing psychological methods. We collect case history and data, using various techniques, such as a personal interview, and testing interests and aptitudes. We partner with professional counselors and collaborate to help clients identify personal goals and potential solutions to their problems to help eliminate emotional turmoil. We instruct clients on improving communication and coping skills; strengthen self-esteem; and promote behavior change and optimal mental health.
CHAPTER ONE CSI provides the means to achieve a positive outcome that leads the client to become stronger or more successful. We encourage clients to have power and control over their own lives and get the support they need that is right for them.
