“My accumulation of 30 years of service as a Naval Officer has provided me the opportunity to become a mentor, community leader, and agent of support. I personally provided empowerment, leadership, and support to people throughout the communities that fostered financial freedom and personal success.
It also bestowed upon me the knowledge and ability to position CHAPTER ONE Community Services Incorporated as a leading personal support organization in Northwest Florida.
Our focus is to provide a path for the extensive number of homeless and less fortunate people who can benefit from the services that CHAPTER ONE provides.”
